1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from our online parts store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Products Offered

We sell new and used parts for JCB equipment and other manufacturers we represent. All products are listed with descriptions to the best of our knowledge and ability.

New Parts: Covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable.
Used Parts: Sold as-is and without any warranty unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due at the time of purchase via approved methods (credit card, ACH, etc.).
Sales tax will be applied to Texas residents in accordance with state tax laws.

4. Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect sales tax in states where we have nexus (a tax connection), in accordance with both state and federal regulations.

Sales Tax Collection

We collect and remit sales tax in Texas and any other U.S. states where required by law.
Tax rates are based on the shipping address provided at checkout and may vary by state, county, or city.
If your order is being shipped to a state where we do not collect sales tax, you may be responsible for paying a use tax to your local taxing authority.

Marketplace Facilitator Rules

If a third-party platform (e.g., eBay, Amazon) is used for the transaction, that platform may collect and remit sales tax on our behalf in certain states, in compliance with Marketplace Facilitator Laws.

Tax-Exempt Purchases

If you are a tax-exempt entity, you must provide a valid resale certificate or exemption documentation prior to purchase.
Approved tax-exempt accounts must be verified and set up in advance. We are unable to refund tax after the order has been processed if no valid exemption documentation was submitted.

Responsibility of the Buyer

You agree that it is your responsibility to determine and pay any use taxes that may apply to your purchase in states where we do not collect sales tax.
Failure to comply with applicable tax laws may result in penalties imposed by your state or local jurisdiction.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship parts nationwide. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon shipment.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

New Parts: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. A restocking fee may apply.
Used Parts: Not eligible for return unless the part is significantly not as described.
Buyer must contact us before returning any item to receive return authorization.
Refunds will be issued once the part is received and inspected.

7. Product Compatibility & Installation

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure part compatibility with their machine.
We are not responsible for incorrect installations or misuse of any part purchased through our store.
We recommend professional installation by certified technicians.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use any product purchased from our site.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

New parts may be covered under the original manufacturer's warranty.
Used parts are sold without warranty unless otherwise stated.
We void all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Hidalgo County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
